To use an exfoliating lotion properly, follow these steps:
1. Apply to clean, dry skin: After showering or cleansing with Cetaphil’s Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser, gently massage the lotion onto areas needing exfoliation.
2. Let it absorb: Do not rinse off; allow the active exfoliating ingredients to work.
3. Follow with sunscreen: If applying in the morning, use sunscreen as exfoliation can make the skin more sensitive to UV rays.
