৪। অর্ডার প্রদান ও গ্রহণ

  • ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার প্রদান মানে আপনি নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য একটি প্রস্তাব দিচ্ছেন।
  • DhaliShop প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
  • স্টক শেষ, মূল্যগত ত্রুটি, কারিগরি সমস্যা বা অনিবার্য কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
  • অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন কল/মেসেজ ব্যতীত অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে না (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।

৫। পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা

  • পেমেন্ট নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে করতে হবে (যেমন: Cash on Delivery, Online Payment ইত্যাদি)।
  • অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ত্রুটির জন্য DhaliShop সরাসরি দায়ী নয়, তবে সমাধানে সহায়তা করবে।
  • কোনো পেমেন্ট অসম্পূর্ণ বা ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হতে পারে।

৬। ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা ও সময়সীমা

সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর:

  •  ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে: ২–৫ কার্যদিবস
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস
  • প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, কুরিয়ার সমস্যাসহ অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
  • ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
  • ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য গ্রহণ করে তা যাচাই করার অনুরোধ করা হয়।

৭। পণ্য ফেরত (Return) নীতিমালা

ক। নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য:
  • ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে
  • ড্যামেজড বা লিক করা পণ্য হলে
  • এক্সপায়ারড পণ্য হলে
খ। পণ্য ফেরতের অনুরোধ ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।
গ। ব্যবহৃত, খোলা বা গ্রাহকের ভুলের কারণে অর্ডার করা পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ঘ। নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে (যা পণ্যের পেজে উল্লেখ থাকবে)।

৮। রিফান্ড (মূল্যফেরত) নীতিমালা


অনুমোদিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
ক। রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি:

  • Cash on Delivery হলে → বিকল্পভাবে ব্যাংক/মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং
  • Online Payment হলে → একই পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম
খ। রিফান্ড প্রসেস সম্পন্ন হতে সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
গ। কুরিয়ার চার্জ সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (যদি ভুল আমাদের কারণে না হয়)।

৯। বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা (After-Sales Service)

ক। DhaliShop বিক্রয়োত্তর সহায়তা প্রদান করে, যেমন:
  • পণ্য ব্যবহারের গাইডলাইন
  • অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধান
খ। তবে কোনো পণ্যের পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া বা ব্যক্তিগত স্কিন রিঅ্যাকশনের জন্য DhaliShop দায়ী নয়।
গ। প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে প্যাচ টেস্ট ও ডার্মাটোলজিস্টের পরামর্শ নিতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।

১০। বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

  • ওয়েবসাইটের সকল লেখা, ডিজাইন, লোগো, ছবি ও কনটেন্ট DhaliShop-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত।
